Our holiday house is located directly in the Hochzillertal ski area – between the rustic Kaltenbach ski lodge and the Zirbenstadl Alpine inn next to the Neuhütten lifts. Located at 1,800 m above sea level, snow is guaranteed at Hochzillertal.

And just next to the slopes covered with (if necessary, artificial) snow, you can have fun making snowmen, going on winter hikes, tobogganing, having snowball fights, and more! This is a winter holiday without stress and time wasted standing in queues.

Numerous ski lodges invite you to stay and enjoy the atmosphere, and snowboarders and free skiers can enjoy the snow park and half-pipe.
