Location at the slope

You can sleep a little longer and still be the first one on the slopes when you stay at our holiday flats. Utopia? It’s reality here! Our holiday house is located directly in the Hochzillertal ski area – between the rustic Kaltenbach ski lodge and the Zirbenstadl Alpine inn next to the Neuhütten lifts.

Summer paradise

Easily accessible on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße at 1,800 m, our holiday home is the starting point for unforgettable hikes and mountain bike tours, especially in summer. There are many unique things to experience and discover near our sunny holiday flats!
