Location at the slope

You can sleep a little longer and still be the first one on the slopes when you stay at our holiday flats. Utopia? It’s reality here! Our holiday house is located directly in the Hochzillertal ski area – between the rustic Kaltenbach ski lodge and the Zirbenstadl Alpine inn next to the Neuhütten lifts.

Snow paradise

Located at 1,800 m above sea level, snow is guaranteed at Hochzillertal. And just next to the slopes covered with (if necessary, artificial) snow, you can have fun making snowmen, going on winter hikes, tobogganing, having snowball fights, and more! This is a winter holiday without stress and time wasted standing in queues.
